Qualifications for Annual & 10 Years Premium Individual Membership:
Registered professional nurse of Indian origin or heritage.
Must have current RN license in any states or territories of USA.
Must be of good professional standing (not barred or suspended license).
Member must agree with the mission and comply with the rules and bylaws set by Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT).

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

Qualification for Student Membership shall be:
Basic nursing student of Indian origin or heritage.
Not employed as a professional nurse currently.
Member must agree with the mission and comply with the rules and bylaws set by Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT).
Applicants must provide a copy of current student ID Card.

Qualified members from the states of Texas, who are enrolled in a basic nursing education program may become a member of Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT) as a student member by paying student Membership fee. Student members do not hold offices or participate in decision-making process and do not have voting privileges, but may enjoy all other benefits of Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT) membership as a member by paying Student Membership fee.

ANNUAL RETIRED MEMBERSHIP

  • Qualification for Retired Membership shall be:
  • Retired Nurse of Indian origin or heritage. Retired registered professional nurse who has voluntarily surrendered their license. Member must agree with the mission and comply with the rules and bylaws set by Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT). Applicants must provide a copy of surrendered license Card. Must reside and/ or practice in North Texas region. Must be of good professional standing (no barred or suspended license). Qualified professional nurses from the state of Texas, may become a retired member of Indian American Nurses Association of North Texas (IANANT) with privileges by paying individual retired Membership fee.

ANNUAL AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP

  • Qualification for Affiliate Membership shall be:
  • Affiliate membership will be extended to individuals irrespective of Indian origin or heritage if they share the mission, vision, and values of IANANT to include but not be limited to Registered Professional Nurses, nursing students, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) and other healthcare professionals. The affiliate members do not hold offices or participate in decision making process and do not have voting privileges but may enjoy all other benefits of IANANT membership as a member by paying Affiliate Membership fee.
